Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, web applications and mobile applications (the "Services") provided by Solvara Technologies & Softwares (OPC) Private Limited ("Solvara Tech", "we" or "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Individual products may have additional terms, which apply together with these.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services, except where the law permits it.
- Upload malware or content that violates the rights of others.
- Resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission.
3. Your content
You own the content you create with the Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to the content you upload.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some Services require payment. Prices, billing cycles and features are described at the point of purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those platforms and are subject to their terms, including their refund policies. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel from your account or platform subscription settings.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, trademarks and logos, belong to Solvara Tech or its licensors and are protected by law. Open-source components are licensed under their own licenses.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvara Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
